After the GT pond, with our clothes still drenched from the rain, I brought Bluecod down to Coho to check out some of the new materials that came in. Bluecod had a good bargain buying some hooks, alot of new materials and a flyline. After that we had a good hearty lunch of nasi padang before sending our Austrailian guest back to the hotel. As it was still raining me and Hun looked as each other! and said., ''raining will would be good for br'' ;D ;D ;D Immediately we headed east. By the time we got there, the rain stopped. We were dishearten! however after an hour before we left for home I caught a couple of decent size pb!~~ Hun also had his fair share of catch, although no picture was taken!

Yesterday morning, had an arrangement to go to resident of Mr Bush wif, Elmo, Hun, Poisonmaster and Alberto. It was raining heavily, so we put on our raincoats and feeling fresh with excitement that there will be good catches. An indeed I got my first catch ! Not very big but it really put up a good fight. After awhile it was quiet! I was wondering ''Hey! where did all the fishes go?" Then after a few cast I felt something took my fly. I told Elmo and Poisonmaster it's something big, cos the strength of the pull is not usual! and they said ''Nah!... you got sangkok!" I said nope and I had to follow the fish as it was pulling towards the inlet of the drain. After a few minutes I brought up this fella... I took it out and released it along the other side of the banks and immediately the pbs starts to come out and feeds again.... and thats when I got this nice pb. After awhile, things got quiet again and then...along came someone familiar.. someone we haven't seen for a long long time...Mr TY with a big bag of red mollies to feed the pbs. Its amazing how the urge of flyfishing brought him here the moment he touch down from Phillipines! The moment he started feeding the pbs with the mollies, they went frenzy again. That was the longest morning I ever fished in Mr Bush''s house. I had a few more catches before my stomach tells me its breakfast time. So Hun, Elmo and myself heads towards Yishun to eat the best wanton mee that I ever eaten.! (too bad Alberto wasn't with us!) After breakfast me and Hun decided to head for BR after sending Elmo home as he has family commitments. Both of us had a few catches in BR before we were join my Reuben. Hun, after looking through the pictures of his catch, he realised that one of the pbs he caught was a termemsis, which I think its good news that termensis are still around in BR. The three of us had a wonderful chat under the shed before we decided to go for lunch at around 2.30 pm. I brought Hun to Ang Mo Kio Ave 5, Botak Jones. Hun had the one of the largest hotdog he ever ate while I had the juicest chargrilled steak top with extra mushrooms, hmmmmmm......(still thinking , its a waste that Alberto wasn't there to enjoy the heartiest lunch I ever had!) despite it was raining very heavily. Then! at that moment Alberto called! as if he felt my thoughts! " Hey! where are you guys?, I wanted to join you guys'' Well... I told him to take a cab to Mr Bush's resident again as it was raining heavily. So we had a good time fishing in the rain. Then I saw Hun's rod bending with his line running out fast, and I ran towards him and took his picture of his grand prize for the day! We fished for awhile, before I heard someone shouted "Oi!" and I turn around, and its time to called it a day. I walked towards the drain again and I heard loud rumbling noise.... and .... What a wonderful sight! but too bad, we had to go. First time me and Hun get to flyfish whole day in Singapore . ;D ;D ;D

Jimmy,
I appreciate good food too. We should organise one outing to BOTAK JONES after a good fishing trip around that area. The way you describe the food made me feel that their dishes will be heavenly. Long time never eat steak, let alone a good steak and cheap one too. ;D
