Hi guys i was wondering if anyone uses the coho brand fly line? I am using an intermediate line I got in New Zealand and I can cast ok with it but it very sticky and curly, so I need something that suits the tropics more. Does the line cast ok and how long does it last? Thanks for any advice guys. bye

Hi Jamky, The coho floating and sinking WF lines I have are great for normal use in local weather. They aren't the sticky kind in hot weather so you don't have to worry about that. I usually use them for fishing among rocky sandy areas where you don't have to worry about cutting up expensive hundred dollar lines. So far, I've got the 9 wt floating(orange colour) and 8 wt sinking( Brown colour) from them. Hope this helps . Jeremy

Thanks Jeremy, I just wanted to know if it cast ok in this heat. I think I might try some. I heard 'sandy rock bottoms" in your mes. Does that mean you do some saltwater, cause I really want to try some here. Let me know. Thanks again. Jamky

My best is the Sage TFO line. It cast well and expensive. I sold my headstart line...
