As I was waiting for this weekend fishing trip with 9 SG anglers. I got a phone calls from Greenfiled boss , he invited me to visit his Greenfield Valley fishing resort. The journey is about 280km or 2hr30mins drive away from bkk. If anyone think of fishing over there, it better to put up in one of his holiday resort. Room rates not expensive , all rooms come with wireless internet connections, TV, fridge and air con etc... Before I left my house, I was thinking of bring my BC and lures but changed my mind last minute and only brought my fly fishing tackle. Have a complete glimpse of Greenfield valley in this vid clip. This place is manage by David from UK, the style and landscape is to quite similar to Gillham of krabi. Currently , they only allow baiting. The reason the owner invited me there is to seek my advice on how to promote his fishing place for luring & fly fishing. Fishes : Arapaima, feattherback, Siamese carp, barramundi, toman, aligator gar and redtails catfishes , 30-80KG mekong catfish, patin etc. The biggest residence monster fish there is the 150kg arapaima fish. Too bad, I didn't bring along my BC and lures. If not, keke..... Will revisit Greenfield valley again urged by the owner warmth invitation, maybe somewhere end of month once I'm free from fishing trip. Next time round, I will surely bring along my BC and all my killer lures. Fly fishing photos highlights.
