After 2 days of non-stop raining, my hand is so itchy. Try my luck on my magic wand. Today the weather is so good, think that i will surely catch 1 . That is what i being thinking on my way to the spot.once reach there, looked at the spot, full of potential. after finish setup the rod, i chose my favorite file for them... with 3 casts, strike This is what i get. After safely release it, i do another cast at different location then before. After 3- 4 strips, zzzeeeee.. line goes out again.... thinking this one sure put a hell of fight for me. this one is one of the biggest i caught so far on fly. Try again after released the fish. now i casted toward the center. Zzzzzzee, then the line loosen. F****, when i strip back, what the F***? the fly is gone . the leader broke. no point cry over spill milk. so tied a new fly . then casted again. after 2 casts, line ran again. this time, the sebarau is too small for photo shoot. so just release it. Another cast, thinking i must revenge for the lost fly.whack again, but as i try to take control. the line loosen again. While i stripped back, i felt on weight again. This time the fly is gone again. Due to my fault. i did not tied properly. So again tied another one. Check the knot was secured before i do my cast again. then the time is getting dark. cant really see my cast anymore. so have to feel for it. in total manage to land 5 but missed alot plus lost 2 flies. This is the last 2 of my pics. enjoy

Hi fellow kaki, Went to the same spot to do some casting with dahlberg on Thurs evening... This time the catch rate is poor. Dahlberg managed to hook up 2 pics but for me, Only managed to hook up one. Dint know why the sebbies just chased the fly, can't get a solid hook up. But after all, it not a wasted trip. some of the pics i captured.

Today got nothing to do so i jio one 2 of my best friends to catch some speed devils. It is also time to put my redington 3 wt to the test. My outfit is shimano freestone with redington wayfarer 3wt. But the firs one to catch one is my friend (Ciyuan). it is his first sebarua on fly. Some more on his tied fly. He was so happy about it... After a while, my 3 wt sing the tone. got myself one. the bugger try to dash into the drain. putting a nice curve in the rod. after 3 min of tug of war with it. i finally won. with a nice photo shot of it Last but not least, wish all Happy Chinese New Year.

Hi to all out there, I have being quite busy with my work lately.with course going on that i have not fly for so long. hands are very itch. mind is not on work but to think where should i go fly after my course end. and lately ,Henry gave me a call to tell me that my vise is here. I'm so happy that day, that i stopped paying attention on the course. During the last day of the course, it was a half day one. so i went to Coho to find Henry. on the spot, he taught me to tied Charlie and clouser...All thanks to him... i tied my first clouser. later back at home. i try to tie a Charlie pattern which Henry taught me... thinking of the the article in the Rod and Line on sebarua. what colour works o them.. so i tied some micro Charlie's which are orange in colour. today as I'm free. so i go to flag some speed demons... first and only one i flagged closer look of the fly and the fish pic of my past catch another one if got time i will update some more.

Hi to all out there. last week after went to Coho to see see what to buy.I discussed with Henry that i can't get a solid hook-up on those speed devils. those fishes don't seem to bite anymore. but they are still there. Henry to;d me that it is impossible. He asked me what's the colour of my flies. i said that i usually used bright colour as it has been quite productive for me. Then he suggest me to use dark colour or natural colour flies. there for i knew what to buy from the shop. after some discussion, i went home to tie some bait fish imitation using black as the main colour. That night, i might to caught 6 of them using the same fly. some misses but over all it one of the best trip i have so far. All thanks to Henry for his advices. Thanks alot . Here are some of the pics of my CR This one was able to let me hear my drag once again devil and me fly on the mouth close up look on the fly last pic

Hi to all. Very long never post CR due to heavy workload. My hand is very itching so with these few day off i went to try my luck in FW3 pond. I manage to catch a tarpon and patin on flies there. so I determine to catch others. On day 1, I went there early in the morning. only manage to catch a sultan fish i think. I still don't know the differrent between sultan and milk fish. It was on my black fly.. ;D ;D But the rest of the time i cast with nothing. It was during mid morning, came a guy who looked at me with a smile, seeing me casting. I changed spots a few time fruitlessly. Then i saw him casting too.. Another flyfisherman. And he is very good in catch fishes. I'm thinking what flies he was using at that moment. He was fished on all the time. What surprised me further was he kept getting pacu while i can't even get a fish to bite my flies. He offer his fly to me aand tell me to go to his spot and try. I thank him and tried the spot. with a few casts, I caught something at the end of the line. was it pacu, I thought to myself. Then the fish appeared, a small pacu. My first pacu. later 2 more pacu were caught but I managed to landed one but the fly was spoilt during the process of removing the hook. HE told me on the spots and what color of fly to use. So my catch rate improved. Later he intro himself Eric Day 2 went to the pond to try at the same timing. This time I more focus. I brought along 2 rods one 3 wt the other my 5 wt. Try my 3 wt first, not bad. Till mid morning the catch seem slow, so i change to my 5 wt cos it's sinking tip. got myself a chao. not big but it good enough to show me what it is like when fully grown. With the help of eric. i took 2 photo. I will surly go again

to Stingraytan, sure can but the water lvl is not good right now. even these few weeks of heavy rain do not help much. Dont know when the water lvl will be back.
To ultraboi, green is good for pacu, white with a bit of red is for chao, yellow also work fine for me.
