My first snapper - on lure
Got to know about the spot (Double Bay) from a tackle shop in the city... it was the first one that I've been to without those sun-tanning bikini babes to distract me (and so i thot).
Here's how the place looks like:
There's also a boat house to the left of the second picture that looks like this (this is a pic of my friend holding the flathead that I cot)...
I caught 4 fish in total that day (3 Flatheads and 1 Small Pink Snapper) on 4 different lures.... but I'll just show the snapper....
Double Bay was to become the place I spent most of my available time for fishing.... I particularly liked the crystal clear water, abundance of flatheads (you'll see why in my next post), its relative seclusion and finally, a public bath with a magnificent "view" during late sunny spring when the weather's heating up.....

I have caught a flathead on fly only once in my life in Singapore. You are just like "Dancing with Flatties!".
