Hi Guys, As promised here's some of the px from my recent fishing trip to Sukida Fishing resort. It's about an hours drive from kl to Ulu Semenyiah/Ulu langat (border of Selangor and Negeri Sembilan). I was there with Faiz (from Rod & Line) and Ben, the whole day. Morning weuse dry flies - caught small sebarau, good size talapia, patong and Ben caught patin. Towards later afternoon about 4pm, patin started eating frenzy and was to catch as they raised to the surface. This went on till about 7.30pm. But you need to use wt#5 to #7 as it will take at least half of your backing because the pachoo can be big - 5 to 11kg. At SFR you can also use bait, spinning and lure. So now I share with you highlits my trip there:

So sorry lah, just learning how to post. Somehow the pix did not get included. Thanks to Qwek who helped. This is entrance to SFR which has 7 ponds Faiz caught a pachoo with his bait caster using berkley rubber grout Ben here caught a patin with his tiemco fly rod wt#3 and bead head nymph This was the one that almost got away with Ben's rod and all - sage xp wt#5 waterwork 10th annivesary reel - as Ben was busy smsing. I shouted, he jumped in time to grab the rod. To describe the fight, from being wet till he dried out, only then did he mange to land the fish. One of the small ponds where sebaraus and patin hang around. This considered a small pond, but so serene and calm. In fact I must say that SFR is one of the cleanest fishing ponds I've been. SFR main pond There's also a small river which has small sebarau's and green kelah SFR chalet which also serves food & drinks Finally it's me with the only catch of day after many bursts!!!!!!

Hi Jimboz,
We have not settle on the dates yet, maybe you like to suggest the dates it easier for us to work around your schedule. Also remember that weekend it very crowded there, therefor middle of the week is ideal.

Thank you very much Qwek, however I dare not suggest any dates as I am on a tight budget and if I last minute cannot make it then I might be use for fishing baits instead! ;D ;D ;D
