hi to all,
i am new to fly fishing, i would like to ask what length of fly rods that suit me best? i am about 1.5m tall. budget of rod about $100 or less. what brand do i have to choose around? and as for the reel, my budget is about $50. so total you could say that my budget for fly fishing is about $200+ including lines, fly vice, etc.. please give me advices, recommendations. thanks all =) ;D

Hi I would suggest that you go down to Coho Fishing tackles and look of Henry as he may be able to help you in what rod that you suits you and also give you some tips on casting. However if you want to get urself a flyfishing rod for less that a hundred it will be abit difficult. Go down, ask him for advice first before you get ur first flyrod. The ross worldwide rods are value for money. probably over your budget by a bit, but they're forgiving... coho has some of them, as well as some TFO rods which also are on the low end of the fly rod price spectrum. happy shoppin! btw, a budget for flyfishing being $200+ might be a bit tough... especially if you include a vise. like Jimboz said, head down to coho, Henry and Moses will help you out there.
