Hi guys, hmmm I think shoes are an equally important part of tackle. So I'd like to ask if fly fishers here have any good recommendation for a pair of shoes that won't slip on mud banks and can be used also to wade in fresh/salt water and will dry fast. I've been using the crocs sandles and almost had sprained ankles when I bashed through light vegetation and slipped many times on mud. I've been thinking of getting the newer types of crocs with the neoprene tops. Dunno if those are good for mud. Cheers

This pair of shoes should also withstand walking on sand flats and small corals..
so can use for Mxxxxxxs also? ;D ;D
wonder if the Offroad Crocs will serve your purpose for the mud and light vegetation part?? ;D

you could get a pair of gill or neil pryde booties used for sailing. can buy from constant wind in bedok or xtreme sailing enterprise located at the national sailing centre along east coast park. those have pretty good grip. or you can get a pair from nike. but hte nike ones are a bit pricy.
