Or come over and fish with us . Whatever happen in the last few post, PLEASE! let it rest and say no more. I am sure you enjoy flyfishing as much as we do, so not fight or argue among ourself. Cheers!

hi neverenuff, you did good. fishers are like artists, very sensitive, and passionate to the point of life or death when it comes to flyfishing and its finer points. this is expected as it is a passion for everyone. everyone has their own particular taste and views on fishing, and everyone should freely express their views to share & to learn. sometimes our passion get the better of us. we shoot from the hip. but remember it is all done in good faith & jesture, even if the language gets abit colorful, and done in good spirit. ;D it is good that brothers can fish, eat and drink together. for all is well that ends well. cheers bro, eric

Hi folks, Look like it was hot for Azlan123 in Hk and for me in Hanoi and here as well. Thanks to the rain and Billy for cooling down the temperature. ;D Last saturday, was for me to try out the furled leader, I constructed a 5footer using 8lbs mono in a 5/3/2 pegs combination that mean each furled has two legs of 5 turns of 6lbs mono each that make it a total of 120 lbs at the butt section. WOW! The furled leader is connected to a 30lbs twisted leader of 30lbs in length both the mid and the bite tippet is tied off with an Orvis knot. The loop end is finished with a shorb loop giving both the furled and twisted leaders a better transition. In the two hours sessions I only had a bitten off tippet and a damaged hook. The leader held it ground when the fish tried to burst off. Here are of the pixs: Here one of Francis with his tarpon; Cheers Qwek

hi guys, how was the fishing at dr edwards? did rods break and reels crash? anyone took a swim this time? expecting photos lah! cheers eric Hi Eric, There are some pics of the session just a couple of post further back or you can check my thread for more details. In a very small nut shell... action was hot as ever. The usual screaming reels none crashed, rods bent to the butt (one sage broke in two places ), knuckles rapped by reel handles and busted tippets. This weekend going again u noe ;D ;D ;D regards Alberto
